Ascutney Mixed Media Hurricane with Gift Box

A handblown glass hurricane on a Cloud-glazed pottery base: our first design to unite both materials in a single organic silhouette.

Glass and pottery have always shared a workshop at Simon Pearce. This hurricane brings them together for the first time in one object: a slightly tapered handblown form sitting on a pottery base finished in our Cloud glaze, its milky white surface giving the piece a modern, organic presence. Comes with a 3x4 inch ivory pillar candle.
